Faculty of Business

Leeds University Business School (LUBS)

Jeremy Bradford and Jane Heath started work here in [2008], and have been seconded to the school [four] days per week since [2018]. Although in the early days participation was limited to [a dozen or so] students from across [the whole taught postgraduate (TPG) cohort], they currently average contact with around [180-200] students across a diverse range of Masters programmes including Accounting and Finance, Business Analytics and Information Management, Economics, Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, International Business, Management and Operations, Marketing, People, Organisations and Consulting and Sustainable Business.

They are joined by Clark Girdlestone with a focus on International Business for 2022-23. Clark will work with colleagues and students on the International Business Theory Module in Semester 1, running seminar classes that are closely linked to the lectures, seminars and case analysis tasks that students attend and complete on their Master’s programme. In Semester 2, Clark will support students at various stages in the development of their dissertation, with a focus on their research proposal in the first instance. Across both semesters there will also be a closer emphasis on the development of an understanding of discourse and genres within the field of International Business.
