- What I do
- I currently co-lead two MSc core modules with a colleague in Food Science and Nutrition; Research and Professional Skills and Capstone Research Project, and one second year undergraduate module, Professional Development and Research Methods . EAP is fully embedded in these modules and is available for all MSc students in the school. My role involves co-designing the syllabus and assessments, delivering lectures, workshops and seminars and summative marking.
